You will receive all the picture frames listed in the layout you select. You will also receive a template for the wall which will show you where to place the nails and hooks which are included with your order. All you will need is a hammer...... it's so easy!

All our frames are hand made in our factory by skilled craftsmen and are made of wood. Each frame measures 23mm wide and 23mm deep and is fitted with anti-glare acrylic glazing and a 2.4mm thick white convservation mount.

Yes you can change the layout to suit your requirements, but the template is designed for the layout you have selected so if you change the layout you won't be able to use the template.

When you select a layout you will see a list of the photo sizes you will need to fill the frames. All mounts are designed to hold standard size photos, and most of our frames are also standard sizes so you can use them without a mount if you prefer.

The frames are designed for you to fit your own photos which you can get printed at your local print shop such as Boots, or you can order prints online at many of the online photo printing sites.

Yes, once you have finished with the template roll it up and keep it somewhere safe just in case you move house, or want to move the frames to another wall.

All our picture wall frames are made to order so please allow 3-5 working days for them to be made. Once made they will be sent out on a next-day delivery via DPD. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, and another email the following morning giving you details of your 1 hour delivery time-slot, so please keep an eye out for your email to ensure a smooth delivery.

Unfortunately not. All our picture wall frames are made to order in the colour frame and layout you have selected therefore we are unable to accept returns for the reasons given.

At present we only deliver to the UK mainland. Delivery is free to any UK mainland address excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands where there is a charge of £7.95 for the Scottish Highlands, and £11.95 for the Scottish Islands and this is indicated at the checkout. To avoid any confusion our courier classes the following postcodes as either the Highlands or Islands of Scotland. This is for pricing purposes only and is not intended to be geographically correct. Unfortunately these extra charges are beyond our control.

Scottish Islands £11.95 per delivery and includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

The images we show on our website are taken from our suppliers website and have been taken by a professional photographer. However,  due to variations in colours rendered on a computer/laptop/tablet and mobile screens, we cannot guarantee that colours shown here are truly representative of the frame colour you select. If a colour match is critical to you then please ask for a sample to be sent to you by emailing us at info@picturegalleryuk.com and we can arrange this for you.

All our payments are taken via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by PayPal. When you are taken to the PayPal payment page you will be given the choice to pay by PayPal, or pay by credit, or debit card. Either way, PayPal is a very secure payment gateway and is trusted worldwide.
